What we do with your details

In short: the site has no cookies, no analytics and no adverts. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the interest form, and we use it only to tell you about the LapDelta Dash.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, bike, country (optional), how you ride, which features interest you, and any note you add. You tick a box to say you are happy to be emailed.

How it is handled

The form sends your answers to a form-delivery service (Web3Forms), which forwards them by email to the LapDelta team. We keep them in that mailbox for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep you updated about the dash, and we do not sell or share them. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address) for security and reliability.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time: reply to any email we send you and we will do it. If you are unhappy with how we handled something you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

The dash itself

The dash records rides to a card in the unit. Nothing leaves it unless you choose to upload a session to lapdelta.ai; that service has its own privacy terms.
